Privacy notice
Effective 2026-11-04
FarmDash is an internal operations tool operated by Farmers Alliance ("we"). Only Farmers Alliance staff who have been given access can sign in. This notice explains what information FarmDash uses and why.
Signing in
You sign in with your Google account through Google. FarmDash receives only your name and email address, so it knows who you are and whether you are allowed in. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
What FarmDash records
- Your actions in the app. When you update a work item, a case or a carrier assignment, FarmDash records your email address, the time and the change, so there is a reliable history of who changed what.
- Basic request logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as the time of a request, the page requested and your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
The business information shown in FarmDash (orders, shipments, inventory and invoices) comes from Farmers Alliance's own shipping system. It is company data, not personal data about you.
How information is used and shared
We use this information only to run FarmDash: to let authorized staff sign in, show them company data, and keep a history of changes. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. It is stored with our service providers, Google Cloud (hosting, United States) and Cloudflare (domain and this website), who process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Change history is kept as part of Farmers Alliance's business records. Technical logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.

Changes
If this notice changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
